Wax Melts & Candle Care Instructions

🌟DO NOT EAT!🌟
- Always trim your wick to 1/8 inch.
- For optimal performance, burn your candle for 3-4 hours the first time you light it.
- Never burn a candle unattended. Do NOT burn on or near anything flammable.
- Never burn your candle for longer than 4 hours without trimming the wick.
- Never leave your wax melter unattended.
-Remember to put a heat safe plate underneath any candle

-Always keep an eye on wax melts while in a proper wax melter.

-Melted wax can overflow depending on melter's dish size.
-Always keep an eye on all lit candles or wax melters that are turned on.
-Do not leave candles burning for more that 3-4 hours as general rule.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns. We take great pride in producing the highest quality soy candle product available. Slight variations from candle to candle are considered a part of the unique handcrafted process and are to be expected. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of merchandise to resolve. Any unauthorized cancellations, refused orders or returns will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee + all freight charges.

When do items need to be returned? If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of merchandise to resolve.

How do customers return items?

We will refund or replace the product that is defective or broken in transit. Freight damages are the responsibility of the carrier. Damages from shipping must be reported within 5 days of receipt of your shipment. Please forward a photograph of damaged goods with a full description to candlemaker@sweetlightscakecandles.com.

Keep all packaging materials and do not use the product until the shipping issue is documented with the carrier. No refunds will be given but a replacement of the product may happen. By purchasing our products, you agree that you are knowledgeable about the safe, appropriate storage and use of the products that you purchase. You agree to carefully inspect your order upon arrival and that you will not hold me for any problems that arise from your improper storage or use of these products.

SHIPPING POLICIES

All candles will be shipped in standard shipping boxes unless otherwise requested. All orders are shipped via USPS at a flat rate starting at $8.99.

Each candle is hand crafted day of of order so insure the best scent and color to be shipped to you. Most orders ship within 3 days of order being placed.

Orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on weight. Orders will be shipped to address provided during the check-out process.

Custom orders may take up to 7-10 business days.

Currently we only ship to the US and territories. We do not ship internationally.

How to track an order that’s been shipped?
